With our 25 years of experience in Waste Management and Commercial Property clearances we are able to clear offices, factories, medical research centres, retail outlets, hotels and warehouses. We provide a clear waste stream ensuring paper, wood, metal, cable, WEEE, plastics, plaster board, glass etc are recycled on all clearances (subject to volumes).
PPE
Each clearance is handled by unformed members of staff with all the required PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). A Method Statement will be provided where necessary ensuring our client’s expectations are managed accordingly.
We are able to provide the necessary documentation to confirm all electric outlets, gas pipes and water supplies have been made safe along with specialist lifting equipment to remove large ovens, fridges and washers whilst also being able to provide a clear waste transfer stream suited to each customer’s requirements.
